菲利普莫里斯收購瑞典火柴股東 金額達160億美元

據外電報導，菸草公司菲利普莫里斯(PMI)周三宣布，其菲利普莫里斯荷蘭控股已向瑞典火柴 Swedish Match(SWMAY)的股東發出每股106瑞典克朗的現金收購要約。據了解，此次收購涉及的總金額達1612億瑞典克朗，相當于約160億美元。

而瑞典火柴的董事會則建議瑞典火柴的股東接受該收購要約。這份收購要約的接受期預計于6月23日左右開始，9月30日左右結束，截至發稿，菲利普莫里斯(PM.US)漲3.44%。
